- 5–6 ice cubes

- 1 egg white or powdered egg-white equivalent (optional for extra froth and protein)
- 3 tablespoons sugar or an equivalent amount of sweetener, adjusted to taste
- Optional: 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt for added creaminess
- Optional: 1 tablespoon protein powder to boost the protein content
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 30–45 seconds, until the mixture is smooth and frothy. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
