This past Friday, Nicole G. surprised her good friend Maggie with an in-home culinary birthday class and invited Maggie’s sister Ann to join them.
The three women enjoyed preparing the Spring Fling menu Maggie chose, which included:
- Beggars’ purses filled with goat cheese
- Mixed green salad with fresh fruit and a Champagne vinaigrette
- Stir-fry salmon medley served with pasta
- Grilled pineapple and bananas Foster for dessert
They worked together confidently and each dish turned out beautifully. When I sat down to taste their creations, everything was cooked perfectly and well seasoned.
The evening was relaxed and full of laughter—an intimate, memorable celebration shared among friends in the comfort of their own home.
